Stakeholder Section
Based on the degree of impact on its operations, the Company classifies its key stakeholders into six major groups: employees, shareholders/investors, customers, suppliers, government/regulatory authorities, and society/community.
The Company communicates with stakeholders through multiple channels, including website disclosures, emails, telephone communications, and meetings, to promptly identify and respond to stakeholder concerns and material issues.
The outcomes of stakeholder engagement are consolidated by the corporate governance officer and reported to the Board of Directors at least once annually, serving as an important reference for the Company’s sustainable development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
