繁體中文 Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee Members
CerTone established its Audit Committee on September 24, 2026. The Committee consists of all four independent directors and assumes the statutory duties previously performed by supervisors. CerTone has also established a Remuneration Committee, comprising the same four independent directors. Both committees perform their respective duties in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and their organizational charters.
